Note: Select Other Speaker if you wish to manually type in the Speaker Name.

Note: Select Public Speaker to chose from your list of Neighbor Congregations and Public Speakers.

Slide to either Public Speaker or Other Speaker.

The Select Public Speaker and Talk window will open.

Select the Meeting you wish to Schedule.

Optionally, if you have added any Language Groups, either select Congregation or the Language Group name.

Note: To add Neighbor Congregations and Public Speakers, see either Help > Persons > Assign Privileges and Duties (for local speakers) or Congregation > Neighbor Congregations and Speakers (for neighbor speakers).
